Getting Around

Can we park at the ceremony? There is parking inside the park, plus street parking nearby.

Is there parking at your house? There is free parking on our street and neighbouring streets. Please don’t park in our driveway, the band needs this space.

Will you have a bus? We are considering hiring a bus to transfer people from the ceremony to the reception. Please contact Lauretta if you’re interested in the bus.

Food & Drinks

I have a dietary, will there be food for me? If you have a dietary that’s no problem, but you need to let us know ASAP. We will have vegetarian and GF options available, but we need to know how many to cater for.

Should I eat lunch before I come? Yes.

What will we eat? At the reception we will have a substantial grazing table available from 3.30pm which will include cheese, charcuterie, bread, dips, crackers, fruit etc. We will serve a BBQ dinner from 7:00pm including grilled meats, vegetables, salads, and bread. At around 8:00pm we will provide dessert.

Are you putting on the drinks? Yes. We are supplying alcohol including beer, wine, some spirits and likely a signature cocktail. If you’d like something specific, you’re welcome to bring it. We will also have non-alcoholic options.

Will you have tea and coffee? Yes. Feel free to make yourself a tea or coffee in our kitchen.

Noise

What about the neighbours? We know most of our neighbours, some of them are attending, and we will let them know we are having a wedding party.

Weather

What if it’s pouring rain? Showers are fine, if it’s raining, we have the option of marquees, or we will need to stay inside. Torrential rain would change the vibe of the day, but we’d still love to enjoy a drink with everyone inside.

What if it’s scorching hot? We will have umbrellas, shade, and sunblock. Stay hydrated folks.
